1) Avoid all Exposure to Toxins (Tobacco, licit & illicit drugs, Caffeine or sweet drinks, alcohol, chemicals, odors, fumes, air pollution, mold, etc. Do not breathe, eat, or touch toxic materials. Some people are very sensitive to perfumes and cosmetics. Pet Dander can create allergic headaches and lead to viral or bacterial infections.
2) Keep the extremities warm at all times. Cold skin anywhere is abnormal and sends an ‘alarm message’ to the brain.
